General Summary: The Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining company properties through assessing and troubleshooting basic repairs, periodic servicing, painting, cleaning, and grounds keeping. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Completes routine maintenance at facilities. Maintain security and safety of the building(s) including structural, mechanical and fire safety. Assist in planning and performing of safety drills and training. Triage and respond to maintenance and emergency requests in a timely manner. Maintains accurate logs of repairs, maintenance completed and safety inspections. Assist in monitoring the work and whereabouts of outside vendors working on-site. Maintenance of heating and cooling systems. Perform cosmetic maintenance of the building(s) Interior and exterior. Assemble and move furniture. Hang pictures and bulletin boards. Renovations, repairs, and janitorial duties. Quality control in areas of cleaning, upkeep, and safety. Perform other duties as assigned or necessary as they relate to the general nature of the position. QUALIFICATIONS: Education – High school diploma or GED. Experience – At least three (3) years experience in general building maintenance and facilities management. Bilingual Spanish/English is preferred. REGULATORY: Minimum 18 years of age Current, valid Arizona Driver’s License and 39-month Motor Vehicle Report, proof of vehicle registration and liability coverage to meet insurance requirements.
