Supporting an assigned region of locations, this position is responsible for minimizing downtime, resolving equipment issues, and ensuring sites remain operational and guest-ready. This is a hands-on field role for someone who enjoys troubleshooting complex systems, solving problems in real time, and taking ownership of equipment performance. The right candidate combines technical expertise with accountability, responsiveness, and a commitment to operational excellence. **WHAT YOU’LL OWN:** ***Equipment Reliability & Repairs*** - Own equipment reliability across your assigned locations - Prioritize and resolve maintenance issues to maximize uptime and site performance - Diagnose root causes and implement lasting repairs rather than temporary fixes ***Equipment Maintenance & Troubleshooting*** - Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair car wash equipment including tunnels, conveyors, chemical delivery systems, and supporting infrastructure - Perform preventive maintenance and corrective repairs to reduce operational disruptions - Maintain equipment performance standards across all assigned sites ***MRO & Documentation*** - Execute maintenance and repair work orders accurately and on schedule - Document repairs, maintenance activities, and equipment history thoroughly - Identify recurring issues and recommend long-term solutions to improve reliability ***Technical Expertise*** - Apply hands-on proficiency across multiple disciplines, including: - - Electrical systems (24V–480V) - Mechanical systems - Welding - Hydraulics - Pneumatics - Plumbing - Support troubleshooting efforts across a variety of equipment and operational systems ***New Site Openings & Training*** - Assist with equipment installation, commissioning, and operational readiness for new locations - Partner with Operations teams to ensure equipment is functioning properly prior to opening - Train Site Managers on basic troubleshooting and preventive maintenance practices to reduce emergency repairs ***Safety & Compliance*** - Follow all company safety policies, PPE requirements, and OSHA standards - Promote a culture of safety and accountability at every location - Ensure repairs and maintenance activities are completed safely and professionally ## Requirements **WHAT YOU BRING:** - Proven experience in industrial, mechanical, facilities, or equipme…
