We market and sell the homes, while maintaining ownership of and managing the apartment communities. **Position Responsibilities** As our Maintenance Technician, you must have working knowledge of all aspects of residential facility maintenance (basic plumbing, electrical, & mechanical) including the ability to troubleshoot problems and provide exceptional customer service. This is a full time position with on-call rotations. Responsibilities include: - Completes a broad range of preventive maintenance and repairs - Responds to work orders - Prepare vacant suites for presentation and move-ins - Maintain buildings interior and exterior, grounds upkeep - Appliance installation & repair - Installs, maintains and repairs plumbing fixtures - Basic HVAC maintenance - Knowledgeable with hand & power tools - Maintains safe and clean working environment - All other duties as assigned **What we offer** Celebrating over 100 years in business, we offer a pleasant, team-oriented professional environment, competitive salary, advancement opportunities, health, dental, & vision benefits, generous paid time off, 401k with company match and much more!
