In a nutshell As an experienced technician, you’ll be working in our new Fulfilment Center in Dordrecht/Ridderkerk with cutting-edge intralogistics systems from top brands such as Apollo, Qimarox, and Regal Rexnord. Our Fulfilment Center operates 24/7, and you’ll work in a 5-shift rotation. During your shift, you’ll carry full responsibility for the maintenance and service of our systems. The job: Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve both electrical and mechanical faults in technical systems, working closely with our operational supervisors. Technical collaboration: Work directly with machine suppliers to solve complex technical issues. Analysis and improvement: Analyze recurring issues, prevent future breakdowns, and implement structural improvements. Preventive maintenance: Plan and carry out scheduled maintenance to ensure maximum system uptime and reliability. Continuous optimization: Initiate and implement improvements to make our systems smarter and more efficient every day. About you: Technical degree (MBO level 3 or higher). 2–3 years of experience in a technical or maintenance position. Practical knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems, including measuring and camera systems. Interest in working with software tools such as CMMS and/or ICS/SCADA systems. VCA training and NEN 3140 certification are a plus. Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset. You work independently, take initiative, and solve problems effectively.
