Maintenance Technician

We are currently seeking a **Maintenance Technician** with proven skills for an apartment communities located in **Middletown**, **RI**. A general knowledge of apartment maintenance is required. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: - Preparation of market-ready units, including basic mechanical, carpentry, plumbing, and electrical as needed, in a timely manner. - Demonstrate effective and exceptional communication skills for communicating with residents, coworkers, and management. - Demonstrate ability to contribute to and foster a team approach to serving residents and maintaining a successful community. - Snow removal. - Responsible for assisting custodial team with upkeep of grounds, amenities, building exteriors, leasing office, clubhouse, parking lots and other community buildings as needed. - Contribute to the achievement of occupancy goals by completing all tasks pridefully and successfully.
