Troubleshoot and respond to service requests efficiently and professionally Inspect equipment and facilities to ensure safety and operational readiness Maintain tools, equipment, and inventory of supplies Prepare reports, logs, and service documentation Assist with renovation and construction projects as needed Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies Requirements What You’ll Bring: HVAC certification preferred but not required. Prior multifamily maintenance make-ready and work order experience 4+ years of maintenance experience, with at least 3 years in a trade-specific role Strong knowledge of building systems, tools, and safety procedures Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and work in physically demanding environments Comfortable working at heights, in confined spaces, and in varying weather conditions Excellent communication skills Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions A proactive, team-oriented mindset Additional Details: High school diploma or GED required Work may be performed on rooftops and require use of ladders or lift devices Work environment involves some exposure to hazards or physical risks, which require following basic safety precautions Nolan Living is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer A valid U.S. Driver's License is required Background check and E-Verify required Ready to take the lead and keep our communities thriving?
