It might be the best decision you make this year. **Position Overview:** We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented 1099 Contract Employee to assist with general lawn care and in-home maintenance for our West Virginia locations. This role involves working approximately 10-15 hours a week. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who can manage time effectively and deliver quality results consistently. **Responsibilities:** - General Lawn Care: Maintain approximately 16 acres of land, including mowing, weed eating, and landscaping. - In-Home Maintenance: Perform basic maintenance tasks within the home as needed. - Schedule Management: Maintain a consistent schedule and communicate effectively with the property owner. - Equipment Maintenance: Ensure all equipment and tools are used safely and maintained properly. **Qualifications:** - Must be at least21 years old. - Must be able to pass drug test and background checks. - Proven experience in lawn care and landscaping. - Basic knowledge of in-home maintenance. - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. - Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work. - Reliable transportation to the job site. - Ability to lift and carry equipment and materials as needed. **Benefits:** - Flexible part-time hours. - Competitive hourly pay. - Opportunity to work independently in a pleasant outdoor environment. #NHTCWV
