As a Maintenance Technician, you will: Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems, plumbing, appliances, electrical, carpentry, and general maintenance issues. Complete service requests efficiently while delivering outstanding customer service to residents. Perform preventative maintenance and help maintain the overall appearance and safety of the community. Assist with apartment turns and make-ready projects to ensure homes are move-in ready. Partner with office and maintenance team members to provide timely communication and quality service. Maintain company standards while following all safety policies and compliance requirements. Compensation & Incentives Base Pay: $22.00 – $25.00 per hour Up to 50% Rent Discount Property Staff Shared Renewal Commissions Morgan Essentials: $300 quarterly On-Call Appreciation: $15/day for holding the on-call phone Medical, Dental, and Vision Benefits 401(k) Retirement Plan with Company Match Generous Paid Time Off, including 10 holidays per year and sick leave Hours & Schedule Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM Paid rotating on-call participation required Must be available to respond during emergency events Schedule subject to change based on business needs. What We'll Expect From You We're looking for professionals who take pride in their work, value teamwork, and enjoy solving problems.
