**Company:** Mitsubishi Chemical Advanced Materials Inc. **Job Description:** We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and improve electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems in a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate is safety-focused, mechanically inclined, and works effectively both independently and as part of a team. **Key Responsibilities:** - Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment. - Follow all company safety policies and procedures while operating equipment and performing maintenance activities. - Perform preventive maintenance (PM), corrective repairs, and equipment improvement projects. - Accurately document all preventive maintenance, repairs, and project work in the Movex maintenance management system. - Operate a variety of hand and power tools safely and effectively. - Safely operate material handling equipment, including forklifts, scissor lifts, and boom lifts. - Disassemble, repair, and reassemble production equipment using a variety of hand and specialty tools. - Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, manuals, and equipment layouts. - Maintain accurate maintenance records and complete all required documentation. - Perform general housekeeping and maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. - Properly handle and dispose of waste materials in accordance with company policies and environmental regulations. - Demonstrate teamwork, accountability, professionalism, and a positive attitude while supporting plant operations. - Assist with additional maintenance and facility-related duties as assigned. **Qualifications:** **Required** - High school diploma or GED. - Three (3) to five (5) years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment. - Strong knowledge of 480-volt motor controls and industrial electrical systems. - Experience troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment. - Ability to read and interpret blueprints, electrical schematics, and technical manuals. - Working knowledge of preventive maintenance programs and computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS), preferably Movex. - Demonstrated skills in mechanical systems, electrical systems, plumbing, hydraulics, welding/soldering, and basic machining. - Ability to safely operate forklifts, scissor lifts, and boom lifts, or the ability to become certified. - Strong computer proficiency and basic mathematical skills. - Excellent attendance, reliability, and time management. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. - Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and perform physically demanding tasks, including standing, walking, bending, kneeling, climbing ladders, and working in confined spaces. - Ability to work at heights using elevated work platforms and in varying temperatures, noise levels, and other manufacturing conditions. **Preferred** - Technical or trade school degree or certificate in Industrial Maintenance, Electrical Technology, Mechatronics, or a related field. - Industrial maintenance certifications or relevant equipment training. **Pay Transparency** The salary for this position starts at $26.49.
