Will perform preventative maintenance, upkeep, janitorial duties, and repairs as needed. Respond to emergency calls. May work in adverse weather conditions. Travel amongst our LSS locations within Sioux Falls. **QUALIFICATIONS:** High School diploma or GED preferred, plus some building maintenance experience. Ability to lift up to 75 pounds. Problem-solving skills required to troubleshoot, repair, or locate sources to complete repairing of equipment. Must be a minimum of 21 years of age. The successful candidate should be a self-starter, and have a strong ability to multi-task and prioritize on a daily basis. Must successfully complete all agency background checks.
