Maintenance Technician

**Maintenance Technician** We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Maintenance Technician in the industrial food industry. This position involves moving between different buildings either by walking or driving. No prior professional experience is required; we welcome candidates with a strong desire to learn and grow. **Key Responsibilities:** - Learn and assist with various maintenance tasks including electrical, mechanical, building repairs, plumbing, equipment servicing, and general upkeep. - Gain experience with forklift operations (experience a plus, but not required). - Provide excellent customer service and uphold high standards of quality and attention to detail. **Qualifications:** - Basic proficiency in English (spoken and written). - Comfortable using a variety of hand tools and equipment. - Ability to work flexible hours as needed. - Capable of performing physical tasks and lifting up to 50 pounds. - Strong customer service orientation with a positive and enthusiastic demeanor. - Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks. - Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. - Ability to remain calm under pressure. **Requirements:** - Valid AZ driver's license with a clean driving record. **Benefits:** This is a full-time, hourly position with opportunities for growth and development.
