**Maintenance TechnicianCleveland Heights (Coventry/Fairmount/Cedar area)** 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM Monday through Friday on-call rotation We're looking for a Maintenance Technician to keep our property in top-notch shape. Your role involves repairs, upgrades, and maintaining a welcoming environment inside and outside our properties. **Essential Job Functions:** - Complete repairs and maintenance tasks on time and as required. - Help maintain the property's appearance and amenities. - Prepare vacant units for new residents. - Perform various maintenance tasks, including electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and painting. **Qualifications/Requirements:** - 1-2 years of maintenance experience. - Knowledge of general maintenance tasks. - Good communication and problem-solving skills. - **A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required during workdays.** - Must have own hand tools. - **Must be able to pass a background check and drug test.
