Maintenance Technician- Industrial Electrical/Mechanical Packaging Corporation of America Lithonia, GA Pay and Benefits Pay Range = $25.83 - $42.58 based on mechanical and electrical skills and experience. Technicians supply their own basic hand tools. PCA provides a tool stipend (or replacement) to help technicians maintain basic hand tools. PCA provides all special and heavy tools. PCA provides Safety shoes and Safety Glass stipends PCA provides Uniforms for Maintenance Technicians Responsibilities This position is based at the PCA Box Plant located in Lithonia, GA This position will perform a variety of maintenance tasks including diagnosing, repairing, rebuilding, or replacing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and Pneumatic systems on plant equipment. Technicians work as part of a team to safely perform Preventive Maintenance Activities as well as answer break down calls in a Production Environment. All Maintenance Technician positions are multicraft and training is provided to develop these skills. Basic Qualifications 2+ Years’ experience in successfully troubleshooting and repairing industrial machinery. 2+ Years' experience of electromechanical experience. A Technical Degree in the Mechanical or Electrical Trades. Initially on first shift, working 10–12 hour shifts. As the plant grows, Maintenance Technicians are placed on shifts according to plant needs and seniority. Opportunities to change shifts are available when organization changes occur or production schedules change. Be Authorized to work in the US.
