**** **Maintenance Technician I or Maintenance Technician II -****Norwood/Stetson Hills Special Improvement Maintenance Districts (SIMD)** Depending on the qualifications of the candidate selected, this position will be filled at either the Maintenance Technician I or Maintenance Technician II level. As a Maintenance Technician I/II, you will perform a variety of landscape duties in landscaped/irrigated right of ways and medians in the Norwood/Stetson Hills Special Improvement Maintenance Districts (SIMD).
