Job Summary: Illicit Gardens is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support the upkeep and functionality of our facilities. This role involves performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting equipment issues, and ensuring a safe and efficient work environment within our cannabis production facility. Key Responsibilities: Conduct preventative maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems Perform repairs and adjustments to facility equipment and infrastructure Assist in maintaining HVAC, lighting, and security systems Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies Respond to maintenance requests and emergency repairs promptly Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inventory Collaborate with team members to optimize facility operations Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required 1-3 years of experience in maintenance, facilities, or a related field Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems Ability to operate hand and power tools safely Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in various environmental conditions Must be able to obtain and maintain a state-issued cannabis license, in compliance with Missouri regulations Valid driver�s license preferred Benefits: Competitive salary and benefits package. 100% Employee Owned Company (ESOP) Opportunities for professional development and career growth. Employee discounts on Illicit Gardens products. 401(K) Physical and Mental Demands: While performing the duties of this position, the employee is consistently required to remain stationary and standing for several hours at a time; they are also required to maneuver throughout the facility, and to work with different tools, machines, and shipments - occasionally being asked to lift up to 25 lbs. The employee will also be required to focus on and observe multiple processes throughout their shift. The employee must be prepared to work in varying temperatures - to include both hot and cold - throughout the facility.
