Position requires individuals to furnish their own reliable transportation to fulfill the job’s functions **Duties & Responsibilities:** - Ensure the property is always well kept and maintained and immediately address any safety concerns - Schedule and perform routine preventive maintenance on all appropriate equipment as directed by the Maintenance Supervisor and the Property Manager - Diagnose and perform minor or routine maintenance or repair, to include HVAC troubleshooting and pool maintenance, if applicable - Remove and transfer appliances and equipment to/from storage area to apartment as circumstances warrant and assist in moving abandoned furniture, appliances, etc. to dumpster - Complete all service requests within 24 hours, unless the request requires extraordinary parts or labor - Perform on-call emergency service requests when scheduled. When on call, emergency after-hours calls will require an immediate response and arrival at the property no more than an hour after the call is received.
