Maintenance Technician - Full Time

Preiss is an Equal Opportunity and LGBTQ+ friendly Employer. ​ **Property Name:** The Greens at Tryon **Maintenance Technician:** Maintenance Technicians are responsible for conducting general maintenance and repairs on facility equipment and property structures.​ **Essential Duties & Responsibilities:** - General maintenance, preventative maintenance and safety at the properties - Resident inspections - Cleanliness and appeal of the property - Completing work orders - Preparing units for new occupancy and grounds-keeping - Assist with Property Turn **Education/Experience:** - High school diploma or equivalent required - Minimum 1 year apartment or multi-housing maintenance experience required, with 2+ years preferred - HVAC certification preferred **Physical Requirements:** - Ability to sit for long periods of time; - Ability to use hands and fingers; - Ability to speak, see, and hear; - Ability to reach, bend, stoop, push, and pull; - Ability to lift up to 25 pounds; - Ability to walk and climb stairs; - Ability to think, concentrate, and communicate; Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. *This job description should not be considered all-inclusive.
