We only accept direct applications.*** ## **Job Title: Maintenance Technician** **Location:** Duncan, SC **Schedule:** 1st Shift **Employment Type:** Full Time **Job Summary** We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to support fabrication operations by maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing shop equipment and facility systems. This role is responsible for ensuring equipment reliability, minimizing downtime, and supporting safe and efficient production. **Key Responsibilities:** - Perform preventative maintenance on shop equipment and machinery - Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues - Inspect equipment and systems to identify potential problems - Repair or replace defective components as needed - Maintain facility systems and support overall shop operations - Work with third-party vendors and contractors when required - Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas - Follow all safety procedures, PPE requirements, and company policies **Additional Duties** - Assist with equipment setup and modifications - Support production teams with maintenance needs - Maintain tools, parts inventory, and maintenance records - Perform other duties as assigned **Required Qualifications** - Minimum of 5+ years of maintenance experience in an industrial or fabrication environment - Strong troubleshooting skills across mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision - Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively - Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and work in a shop environment **Preferred Qualifications** - Experience with fabrication or welding equipment - Knowledge of industrial electrical systems and controls - Experience working with pumps, compressors, and heavy equipment - Familiarity with preventative maintenance programs **Team Support & Collaboration** - Work closely with production, supervisors, and leadership - Maintain strong communication to ensure efficiency of workflow - Support a team-oriented, safety-first culture **Why Join Us** - Strong focus on safety, quality, and production - Strong emphasis on quality, organization, and teamwork - Opportunity for growth and skill development - Competitive pay and benefits **Why Join Us?** We’re committed to attracting talented individuals who seek a company with a strong foundation of success and an outstanding culture.
