Maintenance Technician (Days)

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician for Bayou Processing & Storage, in east Houston. This position will handle the maintenance and repair of any electrical power source tasks related to equipment or facilities. Responsibilities: Handles needed repairs for equipment and or facilities Completes Preventive Maintenance on all equipment Maintains tool inventory and in proper storage Maintains inventory of replacement parts and equipment Inspects tools and equipment to ensure they are in working order Updates maintenance and repair logs for equipment Maintains a safe, neat, and orderly facility always Identifies process deficiencies and reports them to management Attends and/or leads all required training and safety sessions Immediately reports all safety violations or unsafe work conditions Performs other related duties as assigned Qualifications: Previous experience with maintenance/repair of electrical, hydraulic and mechanical systems on industrial equipment Strong mechanical skills and ability to use power and hand tools Strong math aptitude Ability to reach and follow service repair manuals Professional communication and interpersonal skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
