This is an on-site, full time position. **Pay Range: $29.00-$37.00 per hour** This role involves maintaining, troubleshooting, and optimizing complex manufacturing equipment to ensure **maximum uptime, safety, and operational efficiency**. The ideal candidate brings **advanced electronic, mechanical, electrical, and troubleshooting expertise** and thrives in a fast-paced production environment where precision, reliability, and proactive problem solving are critical. Join a team that takes pride in a clean, organized, and safety-driven facility—where tools, equipment, and workspaces are maintained to high standards. **Key Responsibilities** **Advanced Equipment Troubleshooting** - Diagnose and repair complex mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues on manufacturing equipment. - Trouble-shoot PC/PLC controlled equipment, sensors, drives, and automated systems. - Utilize schematics and technical documentation to identify root causes of failures. - Respond quickly to production downtime to minimize operational disruptions. - Communicate with OEM technical support to speed up equipment repair. **Preventative & Predictive Maintenance** - Perform preventative maintenance on production equipment including welders, cutting systems, conveyors, and automated assembly equipment. - Identify early signs of equipment wear and proactively address potential failures. - Develop PM procedures and schedules for critical machinery. - Maintain detailed maintenance records and contribute to continuous improvement. **Safety & Compliance** - Follow all company safety policies and OSHA regulations. - Ensure equipment repairs meet safety and operational standards. - Support lockout/tagout procedures and safe maintenance practices. **Cross-Functional Collaboration** - Partner with production supervisors, engineers, and leadership to resolve equipment challenges. - Contribute ideas that enhance safety, reliability, and operational excellence. ## Qualifications **Required Qualifications** - **5+ years maintenance experience** in a manufacturing or industrial environment, or in field set-up and/or service of computer-controlled equipment. - Stro…
