Floating Maintenance Technician � Lebanon/Nashville Market Home Base: Spring Hill Townhomes (Lebanon, TN) $28/Hour + Full Benefits + Growth Opportunities EPA Certification Required Brookside is seeking a skilled Floating Maintenance Technician to support multiple apartment communities throughout the Nashville market, with Spring Hill Townhomes in Lebanon serving as your home base. This role is ideal for a maintenance professional who enjoys variety, takes pride in solving problems, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You'll work alongside supportive teams across the market, helping maintain apartment homes, complete service requests, assist with unit turns, and ensure our communities remain safe and well-maintained.
