If you're passionate about recovery and want to impact others in a meaningful way - we warmly invite you to join our growing family! **➢ What You'll Do** • Regularly inspect facility, equipment and property for defects, • Assist with any building renovations/ repairs, both interior and exterior • Assist with any technical difficulties (video calls, internet service, equipment maintenance etc.) • Perform outside custodial duties (gardening, snow removal etc.) • Complete daily, weekly and monthly checklists to ensure proper building and equipment maintenance **➢ What We're Looking For** • High School diploma or GED preferred • If in recovery, a minim one-year period of sustained sobriety is required. • Innovative, strong worker with ability to problem solve and multitask • General knowledge of carpentry and repair **➢ Why Join Us?** Avenues features a rich, fulfilling workplace culture where every person is valued and greatness is pursued.
