**Maintenance Technician** Monroe, NC | $30–$35/hr | Day & Night Shifts Available **About the Company** Work for a global leader in packaging manufacturing This is a large facility, is a fast-paced, growing operation with strong investment in their maintenance team and equipment. **What You'll Do** - Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production and facility equipment - Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems to minimize downtime - Respond to equipment breakdowns and execute timely repairs to keep production running - Conduct scheduled inspections and complete maintenance work orders accurately - Collaborate with production supervisors to plan and coordinate maintenance activities - Maintain parts inventory and ensure proper documentation of all maintenance work - Follow all safety regulations, lockout/tagout procedures, and company policies **What We're Looking For** - 2+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment - Proficiency in electrical, mechanical, and/or PLC troubleshooting - Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, and conveyor systems a plus - Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently under pressure - Must be comfortable working day or night shifts as needed - Forklift certification and welding experience a plus **Schedule** Day and night shifts available — straight shifts with competitive pay and room for overtime. **To Apply** Submit your resume and a recruiter from Autonomy Staffing will be in touch promptly.
