Maintenance Technician

## Description **The Maintenance Technician is responsible for overall maintenance of the ACS building and shop.** ## Requirements Duties and Responsibilities - Perform routine inspections, lubrication, and servicing of equipment as scheduled. - Diagnose and fix mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues quickly to minimize downtime. - Install, assemble, and set up new machinery and production lines. - Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts used. - Adhere to all facility safety protocols, OSHA standards, and lockout/tagout procedures. - Must be able to proficiently read a ruler. - Assist in office and cubical moves. - Ability to perform yardwork such as mowing, weeding, and snow shoveling. - Other duties as assigned. Education & Experience - High school diploma or equivalent is required. - Minimum of 1 year working in a maintenance position. - Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred. - Must have working knowledge of both mechanical and electrical principles. Technical Skills - Must be able to use basic tools such as a drill. Work Environment - Capable of standing, bending, kneeling, and lifting for long periods of time. - Must be able to lift a minimum of 50lbs. ****
