Maintenance Technician (3rd shift)

If you enjoy tackling challenges while having the opportunity to go above and beyond, you will feel right at home. **What You’ll Be Doing:** - Troubleshooting, repairing, maintaining, and improving system components, including: - Working knowledge of complex electrical controls and circuit analysis. Able to use multi-meter to troubleshoot. - Understanding of safety controls including light curtains and safety scanners. Able to connect and troubleshoot PLC/devices and repair/replace as needed - Working knowledge of complex industrial automation systems and equipment, including CNC Machining Center (Mazak and Okuma controls preferred) - Operate manual equipment for repair (Lathe, Mill, vertical and horizontal saw) - Advanced PLC logic understanding (XFER, MOVE and arithmetic data) - Advanced mechanical skills to repair equipment - Working knowledge of Hydraulic and Pneumatic controls (understands schematic and symbols) - Working knowledge of robotic applications with PLC integration (Motoman robotics experience preferred) - Repairing and maintaining MIG welding equipment - Use of knowledge and understanding of basic welding fundamentals, including: - Shielding gas types and ratios - Circuit continuity confirmation - Calibration of voltage, wire feed rate, and gas flow - Understanding of weld fume health impact - Work unscheduled overtime to complete assigned jobs to ensure meeting of production goals - Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and safe manner - Additional duties as assigned **What We’re Looking For:** - High School Diploma or GED requires - 4 years of previous maintenance experience preferred **What Sets You Apart:** - Strong communication skills - Continual learning - Interpersonal skills/respect for people - Team player – Willingness to share knowledge - Resourcefulness/initiative - Customer-focused **Where and When You’ll Work:** - This is an in-person role located at our Columbus, Indiana office—ideal for those who thrive in a hands-on, team-oriented environment. **What Your Total Compensation & Benefits Package will look like:** **Hourly Wage** - $31 - $44 per hour + OT (when needed).
