Job responsibilities include: Follow Safety and Company Policies : Adhere to all company procedures, especially safety protocols like electrical safety, lockout/tagout, and hot work; complete monthly safety inspections and coordinate annual fire extinguisher checks. Operate and Repair Equipment : Learn to operate and repair a wide range of equipment (e.g., furnaces, sealant machines, forklifts, cranes); coordinate with manufacturers for complex repairs. Support Preventive Maintenance : Follow maintenance schedules, assist with the plant maintenance program, and document all tasks performed. Maintain Clean and Safe Work Areas : Keep tools secure and workspaces clean, safe, and organized. Assist Production and Drive Improvements : Help with production as needed, interpret blueprints, troubleshoot equipment, and suggest ways to improve products, services, and operations.
