The ideal candidate is a self-motivated, team player with great people and collaboration skills, who promotes a team atmosphere, applies root cause analysis principles, and supports process improvements in our fast paced always growing culture. **What You’ll Be Responsible For** - Perform daily facility walkthroughs and inspections - Perform setup and disassembly of production equipment - Perform preventative maintenance tasks - Maintain tools, supplies, and clean organized work areas - Operate powered industrial equipment as necessary - Utilize CMMS to open/close workorders, schedule PM’s, create workorders to meet workflow and compliance KPI’s - Follow all safety and food safety requirements, PPE, LOTO, while culturing a safe work environment - Safely work in heights, on ladders, in scissor lifts, and boom lifts - Safely work in tight, constricted locations, and confined space - Willingness to attend company sponsored training to build related skillsets - Ownership of a functional process area - Work cross functionally and maintain good working relationships with all members of the organization - Flexibility to work any shift as workloads and shifts change to support our operation - Other duties as assigned **What You Bring** - High school diploma or GED - Trade school certification or college degree (preferred) - Problem-solving skills - Proven record of good attendance - Commitment to workplace safety - Experience operating powered industrial equipment such as scissor and fork lifts[ (preferred) - Ability to use and navigate computers, software, and Human Machine Interfaces - Ability to regularly lift 75lbs unassisted, bend, stretch, crawl, utilize manual dexterity, navigate ladders/catwalks, scaffolds, stand and/or walk for long periods of time without limitation - Flexibility in working hours including weekends, off-schedule, on-call, and overtime **What Makes You Successful Here** - Knowledge of mechanical and/or electrical systems - Knowledge of HVAC/Hydronic systems - Welding: mig, tig, stick, aluminum, stainless steel - Water & filtration systems, pumps, plumbing - Preventative and predictive maintenance **Working Conditions** - Repetitive motion throughout the shift - Standing or walking for a long duration of time - Crouching and kneeling - Lifting up to 75lbs - Exposure to heights, low lighting and constricted areas when working in the grow area - Exposure to 38-d…
