If you enjoy variety, problem-solving, and being part of a team that truly cares—you’ll feel right at home here. ### **What You’ll Do** - Perform day-to-day maintenance and repairs across our community, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and appliances - Troubleshoot and resolve issues with mechanical systems, electrical circuits, and equipment - Complete preventive maintenance to keep systems running efficiently and avoid downtime - Respond to work orders promptly and ensure tasks are completed with quality and care - Support campus operations by maintaining lighting, equipment, and general facility upkeep - Partner with fellow technicians and departments to complete projects and keep everything running smoothly - Interact with residents and team members in a friendly, respectful, and helpful way **Must Have Skills** - Strong hands-on experience with general maintenance (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliance repair) - Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve mechanical and electrical systems - Organized and able to manage multiple work orders efficiently - Team-oriented with a positive, flexible attitude - High school diploma or GED and relevant maintenance experience/training **Nice to Have Skills** - Experience with A/C, heating, and refrigeration systems (5+ years preferred) - Technical or trade school training - Experience in a senior living, hospitality, or residential setting ### **How You’ll Grow Here** In your first 12–24 months, you’ll have opportunities to: - Expand your skills across multiple trades (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and more) - Take ownership of larger maintenance projects and campus improvements - Build strong relationships with residents and leadership across departments - Access ongoing training and hands-on learning opportunities ### **Compensation & Benefits** **Base Salary:** $XX,000 – $XX,000 (based on experience and skills) **Additional Perks at Vicar’s Landing:** - Holiday bonus opportunities - Scholarship and career growth programs - **Free daily lunch** **Benefits Snapshot:** - Health, dental, and vision coverage - Retirement savings plans - Generous paid time off - A supportive, team-first culture where your work truly matters ### **Why Vicar’s Landing?** At Vicar’s Landing, we don’t just maintain buildings—we create a community.
