Maintenance Tech

The Maintenance Tech at CSC Management is responsible for performing a variety of duties related to maintenance, repair, and general upkeep of our properties. This includes identifying and resolving issues, conducting regular maintenance inspections, and responding to service requests in a timely manner. Full Time ## Benefits: - Competitive compensation of $24.00- $26.00 per hour - Opportunity for growth and advancement within the company - Healthcare benefits package - Paid time off and holidays - 401(k) retirement plan / Matching - Dental - Vision - Performance Bonus Programs - Housing Discount - On-going training ## Responsibilities: - Perform regular maintenance inspections and identify any issues or necessary repairs - Respond to service requests from tenants and address any maintenance or repair issues - Complete repairs and general upkeep tasks, including plumbing, electrical, painting, carpentry work, drywall, and more - Appliance repair - Experience and knowledge working on HVAC systems - install and repair - Make ready apartments - paint, caulking, dry wall, and more - Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities performed - Ensure the safety and cleanliness of all common areas and grounds ## Requirements: - Prior experience in maintenance or a related field is preferred - Strong knowledge of building systems and general repair techniques - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent problem-solving and communication skills - Physical stamina and strength to handle manual labor tasks - Valid driver's license and reliable transportation **CSC Management : Who We Are** CSC Management is a privately owned, multi-family property management firm headquartered in Aspen, CO.
