Maintenance Supervissor

If you're looking for a workplace with a supportive team, appreciative residents, and opportunities to grow your career, Lincoln County Care Center may be the right fit for you. **What you'll do:** - Maintains professional working relationships with staff, vendors, and inspectors - Assists with facility emergency preparedness drills - Performs preventive maintenance, repairs, and equipment replacements - Interacts respectfully and positively with residents - Monitors maintenance logs and documents repairs, inspections, and corrections - Responds quickly to maintenance and emergency repair requests - Supports upkeep of Safety Data Sheets (SDS) compliance - Completes general maintenance tasks (carpentry, plumbing, painting, cleaning) - Safely operates hand tools and small power tools - Performs additional duties as assigned **What we offer:** - Competitive hourly pay based on experience - 401(k) with company match - Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance options - Generous paid time off (PTO) - Up to **$500 per month** in nursing school tuition reimbursement **What we're looking for:** - Working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems - Ability to read, speak, and understand English; Spanish is a plus - High school diploma or equivalent required - At least one year of maintenance experience (healthcare setting preferred) - Able to move and work in various positions, including tight or confined spaces - Comfortable working around body fluids and communicable diseases - Ability to lift, push, or pull 50–100 lbs. without assistance - Capable of standing or walking for extended periods - Adequate vision and hearing (with or without assistive devices) to perform duties **Why us:** Our Maintenance Staff, care for a geriatric population that depends on consistent, knowledgeable, and compassionate care.
