**Salaried Maintenance Supervisor** **Pay:** $50,000.00 per year **Job description:** A salaried Hotel Maintenance Supervisor leads the engineering team in maintaining a property's physical plant, guest rooms, and public areas. They ensure all systems operate efficiently, handle preventative maintenance, and enforce safety standards to minimize downtime and elevate the guest experience. Core Responsibilities · **Full Room Maintenance:** Direct and perform detailed repairs, troubleshooting, and preventative upkeep inside all guest rooms. · **Upkeep of Common Areas:** Oversee the continuous cleaning, repair, and aesthetic maintenance of lobbies, hallways, and public spaces. · **Grounds Maintenance:** Manage landscaping, exterior upkeep, debris removal, and overall curb appeal of the property. · **Pool Cleaning:** Ensure daily testing, chemical balancing, filtration management, and strict sanitation of the swimming pool facilities. · **Team Leadership & Safety:** Train staff, manage departmental budgets, and enforce compliance with local building codes and OSHA regulations. Job Details & Schedule · **Job Type:** Full-time, Salaried · **Schedule Requirements:** - 8 hour shift + Emergency On-Call - Day shift, Evening shift, and Night shift flexibility - Weekend availability required - Holidays required Qualifications & Requirements · **License/Certification:** Valid Driver's License (Required). · **Technical Knowledge:** Strong working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, and electrical systems. · **Soft Skills:** Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational abilities with a guest-first mindset.
