The Maintenance Specialist will be responsible for maintaining and repairing the club’s facilities, equipment, and infrastructure to ensure a safe, functional, and aesthetically pleasing environment for our members and staff. **ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:** · Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical systems, and other mechanical equipment. · Respond promptly to maintenance requests and address issues efficiently. · Diagnoses and troubleshoot equipment and facility problems, implementing solutions to minimize downtime. · Assist in the installation, repair, and replacement of fixtures, appliances, and building components. · Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, work orders, and parts inventory. · Follow safety protocols and ensure all work is performed in compliance with health and safety regulations. · Collaborate with other departments to support special events and facility upgrades. · Ensure the maintenance area is clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies. **COMPETENCIES -** To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
