**Maintenance Specialist** **– Building and Grounds** The **Adrian Dominican Sisters** are seeking a **Full Time Maintenance Specialist** to join our **Facilities and Grounds** team on the Motherhouse Campus in Adrian, Michigan. This position performs **building, facilities, equipment and grounds maintenance** on our Motherhouse campus which includes buildings that house office spaces, residential rooms, common/activity areas, dining areas, nursing home and medical facilities, hotel and conference rooms, meeting rooms, restrooms, locker/shower rooms and break rooms. **Pay**: starts at 21.25 **Hours**: Monday – Friday, 7:30am – 4pm. Some holidays. Experience maintaining mobility equipment preferred. **Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:** - **Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.** - **Must have a valid driver's license.** - Ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions. - Ability to work with others and also independently. - Ability to effectively deal with a variety of personalities in a tactful and professional manner. - Ability to use hand and power tools. - Ability to sit, stand, and walk up to 8-hours per day. - Ability to frequently bend…
