### **Maintenance Project Manager** **Location:** Oakmont, PA **Salary:** $52,000 ### **Overview** Seeking a Maintenance Project Manager to oversee maintenance, repair, and capital improvement projects across multiple senior living communities. This role is ideal for a hands-on maintenance professional who enjoys project leadership, problem-solving, and working independently in a regional travel capacity. ### **Key Responsibilities** - Lead maintenance and capital improvement projects across multiple locations - Perform preventative and corrective building maintenance - Troubleshoot HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other building systems - Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations - Coordinate with staff, residents, and vendors - Prioritize and manage multiple projects effectively - Respond to emergency maintenance situations as needed ### **Qualifications** - High School Diploma or GED - Associate degree or equivalent training in Electricity, HVAC, Plumbing/Fitting, or Welding/Fabricating with 2+ years of related experience **OR** - 5+ years of related maintenance experience ### **Additional Requirements** - HVAC Certification preferred - EPA 608 Certification preferred - Basic computer proficiency, including email and Microsoft Outlook - Ability to learn work order management systems - Valid driver's license and reliable transportation - Ability to travel frequently between locations - Strong communication and customer service skills ### **Benefits** - Medical, dental, and vision insurance - Company-paid life insurance and short-term disability - Paid time off - 401(k) with company match - Employee referral program - Professional development and training opportunities - Additional voluntary benefits available
