As a Maintenance Porter, you’ll keep our facility safe, clean, and up to the standards of Easy, Clean, Service. Responsibilities: Perform daily cleaning and upkeep of the facility (floors, walls, restrooms, office spaces, exterior) Complete routine and light maintenance tasks: painting, wall patching, latch installations, corner guard repair, cutting locks Assist with snow removal, flood remediation, and other season or urgent needs. Schedule: 8.5-hour shifts (30-min break) Hours vary between 6:45 AM – 10:30 PM, including weekends Qualifications: Reliable, detailed-oriented, and able to work independently Comfortable with basic repairs and maintenance tasks Strong communication skills #SMNY3
