**Maintenance Porter - Residential Community** **Join Our Team!** We are seeking a dependable, hardworking **Maintenance Porter** to join our team at a luxury residential community. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who takes pride in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our residents and guests. ### Responsibilities - Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of all common areas, including hallways, lobbies, stairwells, fitness centers, clubhouses, and leasing offices. - Keep building entrances, sidewalks, parking lots, and grounds clean and free of debris. - Assist with trash and recycling collection and ensure dumpsters and compactor areas remain clean and organized. - Perform light maintenance tasks, including changing light bulbs, replacing air filters, painting touch-ups, and minor repairs. - Assist the maintenance team with apartment turnovers and general property upkeep. - Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or property damage to the Maintenance Supervisor promptly. - Assist with snow removal, salting, and other seasonal property maintenance as needed. - Deliver excellent customer service by interacting professionally and courteously with residents and vendors. ### Qualifications - Previous porter, janitorial, groundskeeping, or maintenance experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate. - Strong work ethic with attention to detail. - Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds, bending, climbing stairs, and working outdoors in various weather conditions. - Reliable transportation and excellent attendance. - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. - Valid driver's license preferred. ### What We Offer - Paid Time Off - Health, dental, vision, and life insurance - Company-wide annual events - Opportunities for advancement within a growing property management company - Stable, full-time employment in a professional work environment If you are dependable, take pride in your work, and enjoy creating a clean and welcoming community for residents, we'd love to hear from you.
