Maintenance Pool

**Available on 1st shift 7:00am-3:00pm.** **Job Responsibilities:** - Work with and assist Maintenance, Production & Sanitation personnel - Requires working inside/outside, in the heat/cold, including elevated areas (ex. roof/silos) - Conduct forklift battery changes - Clean / detail forklifts - Perform facility painting as needed - Replace HVAC filters & wash coils - Ensure proper lighting is maintained throughout the facility by ensuring bulbs are replaced timely - Conduct preventative maintenance and cleaning of facility exhaust & supply fans - Perform basic facility maintenance as assigned - Record maintenance data as directed by the Maintenance Supervisor & Manager to monitor equipment performance - Identify and report equipment concerns to the Maintenance Manager. - Participate in overtime assignments as required. - Provide “on call” coverage as needed. - Perform other various duties as assigned. **Minimum Requirements:** - Forklift repair and HVAC repair experience preferred. - 1-5 years manufacturing experience preferred. - Knowledge of Maintenance jargon, Maintenance Best Practices Knowledge; OSHA, safety, etc. - Proven ability to work in a team as well as independently - Working knowledge of GMP, OSHA and Production needs. **Work Environment:** - Warehouse Setting ***Disclaimer:*** *The above information on this description has been designed to indicate the general nature and level of work performed by employees within this classification.
