This role supports maintenance efficiency, minimizes downtime, and improves equipment reliability through effective planning and inventory management. **Key Responsibilities** - Maintenance Planning & Scheduling - Develop and manage preventive and corrective maintenance plans - Schedule work orders and prioritize tasks based on operational needs - Coordinate labor, tools, and materials for maintenance activities - Maintain and update the CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) - Ensure work orders are properly documented, tracked, and closed out - Parts & Inventory Management - Identify and order parts required for planned and emergency maintenance - Maintain accurate inventory levels for critical spare parts - Track usage trends and adjust stock levels to reduce downtime risk - Work with vendors to source parts, obtain quotes, and ensure timely delivery - Manage receiving, storage, and organization of parts and materials - Coordination & Communication - Collaborate with maintenance technicians, supervisors, and operations teams - Communicate schedules, delays, and resource needs effectively - Assist in outage planning and major repair coordination - Continuous Improvement - Analyze maintenance data to improve planning efficiency - Reduce downtime through better part availability and scheduling - Identify cost-saving opportunities in parts procurement and inventory control - Support reliability and preventive maintenance initiatives **Qualifications & Experience** - Experience in maintenance, manufacturing, or facilities operations preferred - Strong knowledge of mechanical/electrical systems - Experience with CMMS systems (e.g., SAP, eMaint, etc.) - Inventory or parts management experience highly preferred - Strong organizational and multitasking skills - Ability to read technical manuals, parts diagrams, and equipment documentation **Benefits:** We offer a competitive benefits package that begins on your date of hire.
