Maintenance Mechanic

**DIRECT HIRE:** A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Maintenance Mechanic to join a dynamic team. 📍 Working Location: Davenport, IA. 💰 Pay: $21hr - $26hr Shift: Dayshift, M - F Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401K with company match, PTO, paid holidays **Responsibilities:** - Diagnose and repair electrical faults in three-phase power systems and control circuits to minimize equipment downtime - Inspect, replace, and maintain gaskets and other mechanical components to ensure optimal machine performance and safety - Climb ladders and access elevated equipment safely to conduct inspections, repairs, and installations as required - Collaborate with production and engineering teams to schedule maintenance activities and respond promptly to emergency repair needs - Maintain accurate maintenance records and report on equipment status, repairs, and parts inventory - Adhere to all safety protocols and regulatory requirements while performing maintenance tasks - Work overtime as needed to support continuous manufacturing operations and meet production deadlines **Requirements:** - High school diploma or equivalent with completion of an electrical maintenance apprenticeship or technical training program - Proven experience in electrical maintenance within a manufacturing or commercial laundry environment with 24/7 operations - Strong knowledge of three-phase electrical systems, motor controls, and industrial electrical components - Ability to safely operate forklifts, previous certifications helpful but not required.
