Union position in a Bread Manufacturing Plant.** **What you will be doing** We are seeking a skilled Plant Maintenance Engineer to keep our bread manufacturing operations running at peak efficiency. This is a critical hands-on role in a production facility where equipment uptime directly impacts product quality and output. As a Maintenance Engineer you will maintain, troubleshoot, and repair a wide range of automated and mechanical systems and complete preventative maintenance. This is essential to the role and will be tested during the selection process. | **1** | **PLC** | Read, interpret, and troubleshoot PLC logic.
