We’re hiring a Maintenance Manager at our rental facility in Hutto, TX (Advanced Solutions) , and we’re looking for someone who’s ready to grow with us, bring energy and drive to their work, and help us build the future of construction. Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and offers overtime pay after working 40 hours. (This role is subject to on-call scheduling with additional compensation provided) Primary Responsibilities Oversees preventative maintenance services and inspections of equipment Coordination and supervision of quality performance of our equipment mechanics and service personnel Scheduling repairs for customer and company owned rental equipment Maintain and nurture existing customer relationships to ensure that our customers are 100% satisfied with the level of service and support they are receiving from EquipmentShare and are being kept up-to-date about new or additional ways in which EquipmentShare can help improve their business. Promptly respond to and resolve customer inquiries, requests, complaints or other communications. Employee training and development and maintaining a safe work environment. Developing and implementing service standards and procedures for the service delivery department Supervising other members of the service team Maintaining customer relationships and improving response and delivery times Updating service methods to improve overall efficiency Resolving any service problems and customer complaints Conducting periodic appraisals of team members and identifying areas for improvement Creating and presenting regular reports to senior management Developing contracts for Commercial Contractors and Developers who have ongoing rental or purchase needs Instructing customers on equipment operation, care and maintenance Inspecting rental equipment on return, looking for any damage and returning deposits Why EquipmentShare?
