Maintenance Manager

Dynamic Manufacturing is searching for a skilled Maintenance Manager to join our team! The Maintenance Manager oversees the installation, repair and upkeep of the property, including machines, mechanical systems, building and other structures. This person is responsible for the overseeing maintenance efforts across the organization. You will manages all maintenance activities for the upkeep of buildings, landscape, vehicles and offices, oversee a range of custodial and maintenance activities resolve problems as they arise, whether directly or by assembling teams, to solve those maintenance related issues. **At Dynamic Manufacturing, we offer:** - An Engaging Work Environment - Opportunities for Advancement - Tuition Reimbursement - Competitive Pay **(we pay weekly!)** - Comprehensive Benefits Package & 401(k) Match - Generous Paid Time Off, and more! **ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:** - Coordinate maintenance worker efforts to make sure employer property like buildings and grounds are kept up - Identify areas for improvement and assign workers to take care of issues - Develop maintenance schedules and enforce them among maintenance staff - Respond to emergency calls for maintenance - Manage the set up and take down of different events - Perform troubleshooting to solve minor repair issues - Communicate plans for upper level improvements to maintenance worker staff - Contact and schedule repairmen and extra help as needed - Perform administrative tasks as required - Delegate tasks to meet maintenance schedule and satisfy employer needs - Develop maintenance procedures and ensure implementation - Carry out inspections of the facilities to identify and resolve issues - Check electrical and hydraulic systems of buildings to ensure functionality - Plan and oversee all repair and installation activities - Allocate workload and supervise upkeep staff (custodians, janitors etc.) - Monitor equipment inventory and place orders when necessary - Monitor expenses and control the budget for maintenance - Manage relationships with contractors and service providers - Keep maintenance logs and report on daily activities - Ensure health and safety policies are complied with **ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:** - Ability to create a maintenance schedule - Ability to troubleshoot maintenance issues - Knowledge of structure or grounds to be maintained - Knowledge of maintenance procedures - Knowledge of systems to be maintained (e.g. Electrical, roofing, pool) - Ability to lift heavy loads - Physical agility and manual dexterity **QUALIFICATIONS:** - Proven experience as maintenance manager or other managerial role - Experience in planning maintenance operations - Solid understanding of technical aspects of plumbing, carpentry, electrical systems etc. - Working knowledge of facilities machines and equipment - Ability to keep track of and report on activity - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities - High school diploma or equivalent; Degree from a vocational school or BSc/BA in business administration or facility management will be an advantage - Valid Certified Maintenance Manager (CMM) will be a plus The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of the work being performed in this job.
