### Description **Maintenance Technician (Hourly) – Pilgrim’s** **Location:** Mount Pleasant, Texas **Schedule:** Must be able to work assigned days/shifts, including some weekends **Compensation:** **$20.25 - $33.00+/hr based on experience** **\*\*Resume Required\*\*** At Pilgrim’s, **Safety Is A Condition** — the safety of our team members comes first, always. We are seeking a skilled **Maintenance Technician** to join our team and support the reliability, performance, and safety of our production equipment. **Essential Duties & Responsibilities** - Construct, maintain, and test mechanical equipment, machinery, and components - Identify parts or machines needing repair or replacement - Utilize shop mathematics to complete assignments accurately - Interpret equipment drawings to properly adjust, maintain, or repair machinery - Respond promptly to production requests when mechanical issues arise - Communicate with production management and personnel to diagnose and resolve mechanical problems - Perform preventive maintenance to reduce downtime and improve equipment reliability - Complete assigned tasks efficiently and accurately, managing both time and resources effectively **Educational Requirements** - High school diploma or equivalent (GED) **required** - Maintenance experience required **Basic Skills & Qualifications** - Minimum **1–2 years of industrial maintenance experience preferred** - Knowledge of industrial manufacturing equipment - General math skills required to perform job duties - Ability to read and interpret documents, drawings, and schematics - Basic knowledge of standard and metric measurements - Must be able to work assigned shifts, including some weekends - **Resume required** **to be considered for this role** **Benefits** - Competitive pay: **$20.00 - $33.00+/hr based on experience** - Medical, dental, and vision insurance - 401(k) with company contributions - **Better Futures Program** – 2-year community college tuition paid for you or your dependents - Career growth opportunities **EOE** **, including disability/vets** Job link https://app.jobvite.com/CompanyJobs/Job.aspx?j=otTAqfw6 Apply Form[Preview](https://app.jobvite.com/jhire/modules/requisitions/tabs.html) Hourly Production
