Maintenance Exterior Staff

**ENTERPRISE:** We-Ko-Pa Casino Resort **JOB TITLE:** WCR Maintenance Exterior Staff **DEPARTMENT NAME:** WCR Casino Exterior Maintenance **REPORTS TO:** WCR Maintenance Exterior Supervisor **SALARY:** D.O.E **POSITION STATUS:** Regular Full-Time, FLSA NON-EXEMPT **HOURS PER WEEK:** 40 **JOB DESCRIPTION:** The Maintenance Exterior Staff is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and aesthetic appeal of the property's exterior areas. This role includes tasks such as landscaping, minor repairs, and ensuring that all outdoor spaces are well-maintained and inviting for guests and staff. **ESSENTIAL DUTIES:** - Works under the direction of the Maintenance Exterior Supervisor to maintain the grounds, exterior building, and parking lots above a standard of cleanliness/neatness. - Must be knowledgeable in the safe use of equipment, i.e., power washers, power blowers, motorized sweepers, etc. - Performs first-echelon equipment maintenance. - Washes maintenance vehicles and may be required to assist landscapers. - Will assist in the set-up of events on and off property (tables, chairs, etc.). - Maintains parking lots (trash pick-up, clean-up of oil spills, etc.). - Assists in the pick-up and recycling of materials from the casino, Tribal Office, etc. - Will assist in exterior projects such as outside maintenance and outside maintenance of other Tribal enterprises as directed. - Performs other related duties as required. - Must be able to lift in excess of 50 pounds and push or pull 100. - Must be able to obtain and maintain State/Tribal License (including extensive background check). - Must pass a pre-employment drug test. - Must be 21 or older. **MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:** Must have one (1) year of experience working in a landscaping environment. **INDIAN PREFERENCE:** Preference will be given to qualified applicants who are members of federally recognized Indian tribes.
