(FT/PT) Our Mission: We Celebrate and Enhance All Lives with Kindness & Integrity Highlights of the Maintenance Director Position: Must have knowledge of facility maintenance and repairs including electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, locksmith, painting and other general repairs. TELS knowledge preferred Experience in Senior Living community preferred Must have knowledge and be able to perform State Regulations, budget and room turns. HVAC Certification (preferred). Oversee proper functioning of all mechanical equipment and systems, including routine and preventative maintenance. Quality Assurance controls on clean and safe physical environments for Residents.
