**Apartment Construction Technician** Berger Communities is hiring a Construction Technician to support apartment renovations at Plymouth Pointe Apartments. This is a hands-on role where you’ll be working on apartment upgrades—everything from demo to finishing touches—to help get homes ready for new residents. That means: - Completing full apartment renovations, including kitchen and bathroom upgrades - Handling demolition of cabinets, flooring, appliances, and fixtures - Installing plumbing fixtures such as toilets, tubs, and faucets - Performing basic electrical work like replacing outlets, switches, and installing appliances - Completing carpentry tasks including framing, cabinetry, countertops, drywall repairs, and painting - Assisting with inventory, materials tracking, and deliveries across job sites - Partnering with project managers, site teams, and vendors to keep projects on track - Walking completed units, identifying punch list items, and ensuring quality finishes #INDSJ
