Immanuel Communities is seeking a Maintenance Assistant II to work at Deerfield located at 13731 Hickman Road, Urbandale, IA 50323. Deerfield has 122 independent living apartment homes, 32 independent living patio homes, 20 assisted living, 24 residential care apartment homes and 30 long-term care/skilled nursing suites. **The schedule for this Full time Days shift is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. The responsibilities of this job include maintaining HVAC, heat pumps, furnaces, plumbing, and electrical functionality, record keeping, hanging dry wall, and clearing snow from walkways. **Skills & Requirements** High School Diploma/GED is required. HVAC Trade or Vocational Schooling is preferred. Two (2) years of facilities maintenance experience is required.
