Maintenance and Repair Manager

**Job Title: Maintenance & Repair Manager** **Location:** Miami, FL **Reports To:** Director of Operations **Position Summary:** The Maintenance & Repair Manager oversees all maintenance operations across the property portfolio. This role ensures properties are safe, well-maintained, and compliant with regulations while managing maintenance staff, vendors, budgets, and service standards. **Key Responsibilities:** - Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance and repair activities across multiple properties - Manage and schedule in-house technicians and third-party vendors - Conduct routine property inspections to identify repair needs and preventative maintenance opportunities - Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs - Oversee work order systems and ensure timely completion of service requests - Manage maintenance budgets, approve invoices, and control costs - Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal safety and building regulations - Respond to emergency maintenance issues as needed - Maintain accurate maintenance records and reports **Qualifications:** - 5+ years of maintenance experience, preferably in property management - 2+ years in a supervisory or management role - Strong knowledge of building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, structural) - Excellent organizational and leadership skills - Ability to manage multiple properties and priorities - Relevant certifications (HVAC, EPA, contractor license, etc.) preferred **Texting Privacy Policy and Information:** - Message type: Informational; you will receive text messages regarding your application and potentially regarding interview scheduling. - No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. - Message frequency will vary depending on the application process. - Msg & data rates may apply. - OPT out at any time by texting "Stop".
