Highlights/Overview: Brand new, custom-built 9,000 sq. foot hospital Loyal clients who care deeply about their pets’ medical care. Demand for services is very high; a strong caseload will be immediately available to experienced veterinarians joining the team. Excellent culture, collaborative environment, and low turnover Hours: Monday-Friday 8a - 5p and Saturdays 8a - 12p, closed on Sundays, with flexible shifts available Yorktown, Virginia is a suburb of Newport News, located one hour away from Virginia Beach. Compensation & Benefits Full-time, experienced veterinarian with strong surgical skills base salary : $140-225k. Commensurate with skillset, experience, schedule and your preferred pace. Additional opportunities to earn : Highly competitive monthly, no negative accrual bonus plan. Earning potential 225k. Bonus plan is not mandatory (for candidates preferring straight salary). Equity opportunity available starting early 2025.
