Machine Operator - Second Shift

We are currently looking for Full-Time Machine Operator's in the New Holland, PA facility. The position is second shift, Monday through Friday, 2:30pm to 1am. Pay starts at $18 per hour depending on experience with an additional $1.50 per hour shift differential. Training will be on first shift. Benefits offered: - PTO eligibility after 90 days - Benefits eligibility 1st of month following 30 days; including but not limited to: medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match - Quarterly Incentive Bonus - Voluntary overtime - Weekly pay Responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Set up and operate production machine in accordance with established procedures and guidelines - Adjust machine setting to complete tasks according to specifications in a timely manner - Complete required logs and tracking cards - Ensuring that machine is maintained for highest level of productivity - Performing in-process inspection on components being produced - Read and interpret basic blueprints and diagrams - Consulting lead person for assistance if uncertain how to proceed - Ensuring proper housekeeping and safety of designated production area Requirements: - Ability to stand for long periods up to 8-10 hours per shift - Lifting of up to 50 lbs. periodically - Possess basic math skills - Ability to work independently with moderate supervision - Basic English language skills
